Article 8 – Shipping

1. Shipping Address
   Products are delivered to the shipping address provided during the ordering process, within the estimated delivery timeframe indicated on the order confirmation page. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address before confirming your order.

2. Shipping Delay
   In the event of a delay in the shipment of your order, you will be notified via email regarding any potential changes to the expected delivery date, along with the reasons for the delay.

3. Delivery by Carrier
   When delivery is carried out by a carrier, 9223 8385 Qc Inc. cannot be held responsible for delays solely due to the customer's unavailability after multiple delivery attempts. The customer agrees to be available or to take necessary steps to reschedule the delivery.

4. Abandoned Deliveries
   If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s unavailability, the carrier may return the products to 9223 8385 Qc Inc., which reserves the right to charge additional fees for re-delivery or to cancel the order if delivery cannot be finalized.
