Return and Refund Policy

 

No returns or refunds.
Anne-Krystel Parfum does not accept returns or provide refunds once the product has been delivered. This policy is in place due to the personal nature of our products and to ensure their integrity and hygiene.

Damages during delivery:

If your product is damaged during delivery (e.g., the glass bottle is broken), we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

  • Shipping fees for the replacement will be covered by Anne-Krystel Parfum.
  • You must report the damage within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the damaged product.

Exceptions to replacement:

Replacements will not apply in the following cases:

  • If the box or outer packaging is damaged but the product itself remains intact.
  • If the damage occurs due to mishandling after delivery.
